Every item we sell is covered by our 30 day return policy. If your new, undamaged item doesn't work out, you have 30 days from day of receipt to return or exchange it.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive damaged due to use or improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
How to ship your return: For domestic returns, we offer flat rate UPS shipping labels. Most returns are just $7. Shoot us an email to Returns@BraynGear.com and we will send a prepaid return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds take 2-10 business days after receiving merchandise to show in your account, depending on your payment method.
The easiest way to exchange your new item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund (minus the cost of any Brayn Gear supplied shipping labels) for your item once we receive the return. Please read return policy in full above.
We're all family here, we all use our carry items daily, and we are proud of the items we carry. We dropped some coin to have nice stuff, and know it will take some abuse. Pretty much every manufacturer understands this and provides a warranty against defects in workmanship. Every new product sold by Brayn Gear is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Be sure to check the manufacturer's website for information about their warranty policy before purchase.
The manufacturer will make all warranty decisions as Brayn Gear plays the middleman between consumer and the manufacturer.
If you feel your product is defective, the fastest way to reach a resolution is to follow the manufacturer's warranty claim process directly.
If you feel that the manufacturer is not taking the appropriate action to handle your warranty claim, forward all information to Warranty@BraynGear.com. We will go to bat for you and see if there is anything that can be done to make the situation right.
